Course Description

Customer Service Course - Level 3 Diploma

Our Customer Service Course has been designed and developed to provide individuals who work or would like to work within a customer service position. Students will be able to develop and gain a greater understanding, of what it really entails to provide an excellent standard of customer service in a professional manner. You will be provided with all the necessary knowledge needed to develop your skills in this area.

Students will be provided with a real insight into the practices and principles of customer service, which will enable learners to boost their knowledge and enhance their skills. 

Students will be required to study nine units, all of which will relate to a different topic regarding effective customer service.

12 Months Tutor Support

Students will receive a course manual and a study guide. You will also be assigned a personal tutor who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, throughout the duration of the programme (via mail or email). Learners will also be able to access our student support team who are available to provide you with any practical advice you may require. 

 

Assessment

To achieve the Customer Service Diploma Level 3, students will be required to complete a number of assignments and exercises. Your personal tutor will then review, mark and provide you with feedback on your work. 

 

Awarding Organisation

At the end of this course successful learners will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement by ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details all of the units you have completed as part of your course).
