Course Description

Customer Relations Course - Level 2

The aim of our Customer Relations Course is to provide learners with the necessary understanding needed to develop excellent customer care skills, as well as to identify the strengths and weaknesses within your businesses care approach. 

This course will enable students to enhance their skills when dealing with customers in a face-to-face situation, on the telephone, and also how to handle angry or aggressive clients, as well as how to deal with complaints.

Students will investigate the role of the receptionist and what this position entails. You will learn about good practice in reviewing visitors and guests, and also the administrative duties assigned to this area, as well as the importance of personal safety and security.

12 Months Tutor Support

Student will receive a course manual and a study guide. You will also be assigned a personal tutor who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, throughout the duration of the programme (via mail or email). 



To achieve the Customer Relations course, students are required to complete a number of assignments. Your personal tutor will then review, mark and also provide feedback on your work. You are not required to attend an exam centre.
