Course Description

Business Administration and Customer Service Diploma Bundle - Level 3

Our Business Administration Diploma is a level 3 course.

This programme will require the student to gain a detailed understanding of the skills needed to be competent in business administration and customer service.

It will demonstrate both technical and team leading skills with the ability to communicate, problem solve, and work as a team.

12 months tutor support will be available to the student via post and email with our student helpline available weekdays between 9am and 5pm (4.30pm close on Friday).

The Business Administration Diploma programme will give learners all the necessary knowledge needed to be able to carry out an administrative function effectively.

It covers three areas, all central to the administrative role

  • Organising skills

  • I.T. skills

  • People skills

It is the Administrators responsibility to communicate, to receive process and convey information from one department to another.

No Previous Knowledge Required

You are not required to have any previous learning knowledge or experience to enrol onto this course.   • Module 8: Promoting continuous improvement in customer service

  • Module 9: Developing customer service skills


12 Months Tutor Support

Students will be required to complete a number of activity questions which will be reviewed and marked by your tutor. They will provide you with feedback on your work and gage how well you have understood the content.



You will not be required to sit an assessment day as all module assessments are assignment based. If you are working with children the activities may be used in support of your role, however if you are not working with children at this time you will find that wherever possible the questions have been structured to provide an alternative means of answering.

You may find it beneficial to contact the head of your local school to request work placement, however this is not a mandatory requirement. 


Awarding Organisation

At the end of this course successful learners will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement by ABC Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the details all of the units you have completed as part of your course).
